The Queen Elizabeth II Medical Centre (QEIIMC) Trust is a statutory authority established under the Queen Elizabeth II Medical Centre Act 1966.

The QEIIMC Trust is an independent body to monitor and control the A Class Reserve (25.4 hectares)

The QEIIMC Trust acts as a landlord and its main responsibility is for the development of the Reserve.  The day to day management of the QEIIMC site has been delegated to Sir Charles Gairdner Hospital under the Queen Elizabeth II Medical Centre Act 1966.
