If you feel you were unjustly infringed, you have the right to make an appeal with the Infringement Appeal Committee.
An appeal should be based on the fact that the infringement was issued contrary to the “Queen Elizabeth II Medical Centre (Delegated Site) By-laws 1986” or in error. You may present your appeal by filing out the Infringement Appeal Form and forward it to the Parking Services. If the infringement is not withdrawn, the fine must be paid within the guidelines of the original infringement.
