Parking for patients and visitors is available throughout the QEIIMC site. The main visitor car park (car park 1) is along Hospital Avenue in front of E Block. Tickets are to be collected at the boom gated at entry and paid at exit.
Other visitor car parks, which are pay as you go are:
- Gairdner Drive Car Park (Car Park 5) close to the Lions Eye Institute and Cancer Centre
- Verdun Street (Over flow car park) close to Lions Eye Institute and R Block
- Pathwest car park (off Hospital Avenue)
- Niche car park (off Hospital Avenue) parking is available only for mobility impaired visitors. A token is required from the Niche to exit.
- Oral Health Centre (corner of Monash Avenue and Hospital Avenue)

There are a number of drop off bays throughout the site. The main drop off bays are at G Block (Emergency), E Block (main entry to Sir Charles Gairdner Hospital), F Block.
